ABOUT
The core theme of my work as a solo performer is
exploring female feminine subjectivity aka being a female human.
Often existing in the realm of magical realism, my work is a combination of first
person narrative, characters, humor, honesty, song, movement, and poetry, all thrown together
in effort to find new ways to talk about the experience of being a woman in today's culture.
I am also a researcher/writer/documentary filmmaker with my
MSc in Sociology: Gender, Sexuality, and Society from the University of Amsterdam.

A Workshop Reading
This show aims to highlight the need to make caretaking for the
elderly a public, social issue as opposed to a private one.
This reading will take place as part of Santa Monica Rep's 4th Annual Play Reading Festival.
This piece was in development during Covid through Luna Stages in New Jersey
and classes with Lauren Weedman in LA.
